Information you provide
Test checkout collects your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and any order notes you choose to provide. The order also records the selected products, quantities and total. Do not include bank account details or other sensitive information in order notes.
How information is used
The information is used to record and display your test order and its receipt. A test order does not initiate payment, shipment or fulfilment. Live-order communications and marketing arrangements have not yet been confirmed.
Shopping preferences and storage
Your basket and wishlist are stored in your browser’s session storage so they remain available while you use the store in that browser session. Test orders are saved separately so your receipt can be retrieved using its private receipt link.
Receipt links and security
Your receipt link contains a private access token. Anyone you share that link with may be able to view the receipt and the information on it, so keep it private. No online card payment details are collected by this test checkout.
Privacy enquiries and retention
The owner must confirm a privacy contact, retention schedule and applicable legal requirements before live orders open. Verified contact details will be published on the Contact page. This draft does not replace any rights available under applicable law.
