Warranty Information

Test store — policy draft
Live orders are not open. Payment, delivery and warranty terms must be confirmed before purchases are accepted.

Confirm the written warranty for your particular engine, gearbox or part before a future live purchase.

Coverage awaiting confirmation

A2Z warranty periods, covered components and exclusions have not yet been confirmed. The reference business’s one-month warranty and product-specific exclusions are not A2Z warranty promises.

Engines and gearboxes

Coverage may differ between petrol engines, diesel engines, transmissions and individual car parts. Ask for the terms for the exact product, including the treatment of internal components, accessories, electrical parts, seals and labour.

Professional installation

Use a suitably qualified installer and follow the vehicle manufacturer’s service requirements. Confirm the correct lubricants, filters, cooling-system condition and required service items before fitting a replacement engine or gearbox. Retain installation and service records. These precautions do not establish a confirmed A2Z warranty condition.

Reporting a suspected fault

Stop using a part if continued operation could cause damage. Retain your purchase reference, product code, installation details and evidence of the issue for assessment. The owner must confirm the claims process and support contact before live sales.

Consumer rights

The final warranty must explain what is covered and how a claim is handled without overriding rights under applicable law. No live warranty is issued through a test order.
